is made of solid wood with a birch bark veneer pressed/embossed with with this wonderful image of a very anxious-looking child surrounded by roosters

producing the same scale a semitone higher in each hole

I believe these two are meant to be an apricot and a plum, though as one also finds stone fruit miniatures, they might also be taken as a smaller than actual sized under ripe peach and very ripe
