2023 Chiara Condello Romagna Sangiovese Predappio, Emilia-Romagna, Italy Valencia followed by ~14 months in100% Sangiovese from three vineyards with vines approximately 40 years old. One is clay limestone, one is red clay with high spungone content, and the last is clay limestone with veins of spungone. The grapes were destemmed but not crushed, leaving whole berries intact.
